Sales Support Analyst

We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring high-quality interactions, and maintaining data accuracy for our internal and external stakeholders within the mid-market business area.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, ensuring an effective end-to-end resolution.
  • Provide complex administrative support and maintain procedural knowledge.
  • Perform customer verification and manage change of occupier requests with precision.
  • Execute registration tasks within the designated system to meet strict deadlines.
  • Update management on workload progress and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Address data errors and provide constructive feedback to frontline teams to enhance quality.

Additional Details

This position is based at Solihull. The successful candidate will work onsite 2 days a week, with opportunities for remote work after the training period. The annual salary is £25,416.
