Title: Sales Support Assistant
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Monthly incentive UP TO £900 + discretionary annual bonus UP TO %15
MANDATORY Criteria: Candidates MUST have experience working with Sales systems in the AUTOMOTIVE Industry
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London, 5 days on site
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within one of the automotive industry's fastest-growing brands. My client is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to play a key role in supporting sales operations, dealer performance and customer engagement across the UK business. Working at the heart of a busy commercial function, you'll build on exposure to sales reporting, pricing activity, dealer support, CRM management and customer operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple activities and supporting the wider sales team to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with customers, dealers and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of sales processes.

Responsibilities
- Generate industry and market reports using sales and automotive market data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Support the sales team with accurate reporting and commercial insights.
- Coordinate communication between customers, dealers and internal departments.
- Support sales operations and help ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
- Assist with fleet and Motability sales activities.
- Support pricing activities for campaigns and quarterly sales initiatives.
- Help ensure commercial activities align with wider business objectives.
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer requests.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer information.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events and sales activities.
- Support the management of POS materials and dealership sales support initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Experience working with an automotive manufacturer, leasing or dealer group is ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience supporting customers and sales operations.
- Strong numerical and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
