Role Overview

- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to help achieve business objectives.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as required.
- Handle general office duties to support the sales department's operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

Profile
A successful Sales Support Associate should have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in a support role, ideally within the sales or industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
