Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our Intermediaries and Wholesale sales team. In this role, you will streamline operational workflows and eliminate administrative bottlenecks, enabling our sales professionals to dedicate more time to driving growth and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for advisers and wholesale clients, overseeing onboarding documents and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Sales Enablement: Assemble comprehensive meeting briefs, draft proposals, organize schedules, and coordinate post-meeting action items.
  • CRM Management: Keep database records pristine, monitor active deals, and generate reliable weekly pipeline summaries.
  • Lead Management: Review marketing inquiries, assess their potential, and transition qualified prospects directly to Business Development Managers.
  • Events Coordination: Help design and execute partner conferences, fund manager showcases, and digital webinars.
  • Performance Metrics: Track service level agreements, maintain activity logs, and propose continuous operational enhancements.

About You

  • A solid background in entry-level administration, ideally focusing on client support within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with UK fund distribution, alongside an awareness of regulatory compliance and Consumer Duty standards.
  • Proficiency with digital productivity tools, with prior experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational talents, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
