  • Investor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate investor and partner meetings, calls and due diligence sessions, including scheduling and preparing briefing materials.
  • Sales & Marketing Materials: Prepare and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, fund fact sheets and other investor-facing materials, working closely with the investment team to ensure accuracy.
  • Due Diligence Support: Coordinate responses to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and RFPs, gathering information from Compliance, Finance and Investment teams.
  • Fundraising Reporting: Track the fundraising pipeline against targets and prepare regular pipeline and activity reports for senior management.
  • Investor Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new investors and partners, coordinating documentation with Legal, Compliance and external fund administration teams.
  • Events & Roadshows: Assist with the organisation and logistics of investor events, roadshows and conferences.
  • Investor Research: Conduct initial research into prospective investors, banks and partners to support targeting and outreach.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales and origination team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
