FMS Interiors has over 30 years' experience delivering large-scale furniture contracts to universities, businesses and public-sector organisations across the UK.
We provide comprehensive furniture sourcing, procurement and supply services, including bulk purchasing, replenishment, refurbishment, delivery and installation. Sustainability is an important part of our approach, with solutions including furniture refurbishment, repair and recycling designed to extend product life and reduce long-term cost and environmental impact.
Our dedicated Sales, Sales Support, Project Management, Delivery and Installation teams work collaboratively to provide a personal and responsive service throughout the customer journey.
Role Description
The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time role supporting our Birchwood, Warrington office, providing commercial and administrative support to our Sales Account Managers and the Head of Sales.
A key responsibility of the role is the preparation of accurate and commercially complete customer quotations, working from briefs provided by the Sales Account Managers. This includes sourcing products and supplier pricing, building detailed quotations within QuoteWerks, maintaining accurate product and supplier information and ensuring quotations contain the information required by the wider business.

You will work closely with our Sales Account Managers while communicating directly with customers, suppliers and internal departments where appropriate.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed customer quotations and proposals using QuoteWerks.
- Obtaining and maintaining supplier pricing, product information and lead times.
- Ensuring quotation records are accurate, complete and maintained within our systems.
- Supporting Sales Account Managers with larger and more complex project quotations and tender submissions.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, product information and supporting documentation.
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting the progression of opportunities.
- Following up quotations and customer enquiries where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline information.
- Supporting the transition of successful quotations into orders.
- Coordinating with Sales, Operations and Project Management to ensure accurate information is available throughout the project lifecycle.
- Producing sales and pipeline reports.
- Providing general commercial and administrative support to the Sales team.

Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with pricing, costs and margins.
- Confident working with spreadsheets, CRM/quotation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to interpret customer specifications and translate them into accurate quotations.
- Comfortable managing multiple quotations, priorities and deadlines.
- A clear and confident communicator with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of their workload.
- Able to work collaboratively while following established business processes.
- Naturally curious and willing to develop their product and commercial knowledge.
Experienced in sales support, estimating, customer service, procurement or commercial administration, ideally within a B2B environment.
Experience within furniture, interiors, FF&E, PBSA, construction, procurement or project-based sales would be advantageous, but isn't essential for the right person.
