About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join the IG Masonry Support Systems team, where you will provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales and Design Engineering Team. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in logging customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations and live projects, while maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments and tracking project progress. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills and experience in fast-paced sales support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring customer, project, and sales information is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as the CRM champion, promoting best practice and data accuracy across the team.
  • Log and coordinate new customer enquiries, ensuring timely handover to the Design & Estimating team.
  • Proactively contact customers to follow up on leads, obtain project information, schedule appointments, and secure drawings.
  • Provide administrative support to the external sales team, helping to improve efficiency and day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare reports, sales summaries, and management information to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Produce customer review packs, presentations, and business review documentation for meetings and monthly reporting.
  • Organise customer visits to the Swadlincote site, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit-related requests.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Success in this role comes from being organised, proactive and customer-focused. You’ll have previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, along with excellent communication skills. You’ll also have strong attention to detail, a problem-solving approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Administrative qualifications are advantageous.
