Sales Support Coordinator – Surbiton, Surrey
£26,000 plus exceptional benefits

Our client is a world-renowned name in imaging and optical technology, and their UK Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to work alongside Account Managers and key retail partners, keeping stock moving, orders flowing and customers happy. This is a full time permanent role.
This is a varied, people-focused role at the heart of the business. You'll be the main point of contact for your own group of retailers, sharing news on exciting product launches and promotions, while making sure every behind-the-scenes detail is spot on. Whether you're a graduate ready to launch a career in sales operations or already have some commercial experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally respected brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Account Managers and retailer merchandising teams, keeping order books and pricing accurate in SAP
- Running an outbound call cycle and managing your own retailer accounts, including tracking turnover and claims
- Allocating stock in line with business guidelines, especially fast-moving, high-demand products
- Managing the Sales Support mailbox and group phone line, responding to queries within 24 hours
- Releasing online orders and coordinating delivery bookings with logistics partners and retailers
- Processing faulty product returns, internal orders and staff sales within agreed timescales
- Logging invoices against the correct budgets and tracking spend throughout the year
- Supporting the finance team with credit control escalations, plus ad hoc projects across Operations

What you'll bring:
- Degree-level education
- Excellent literacy and numeracy, with a sharp eye for detail
- Basic Excel skills and a real appetite to develop them further
- SAP experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
- Adaptability, a calm head under pressure and a love of problem-solving
