Sales Support Co-ordinator

Location: On-site based in Abingdon – OX14 4SD
Salary: £26K – £28K per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Permanent / Full-time (37.5 hours per week) / Monday – Friday

Role Summary

This is an entry level Sales role where you will support our Business Manager and Business Development Manager with the day-to-day admin, lead generation, quoting and helping managers accounts.

This role will take on additional responsibilities over time and evolve within the business internally in line with a structured development program.

A large part of the role will be using Hobs Operations System so accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.

As our Sales Support Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new clients/customers.
  • Booking in projects.
  • Account Management.
  • Liaising with production team to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Liaising with existing Clients to ensure an excellent service.
  • Managing cash sale customer enquiries and developing them into new accounts.
  • Generating quotations within a set time frame and following up to secure work.
  • Assisting Business Development Managers with Administrative tasks.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as requested by the Business Manager to support development.

What we are looking for

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a customer-facing role. Previous experience within a target-driven environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple live projects and shifting deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling client queries and pushback professionally, including when resolving service issues or chasing overdue actions.
