The person behind the detail that drives commercial success
Behind every successful sales strategy, every key client relationship, and every revenue target achieved, there's someone making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused Sales Support Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our commercial team. This is more than an administrative role. It's an opportunity to play a vital part in helping our sales and marketing function achieve its goals, support our hotels, and create exceptional experiences for our customers and partners.
If you love bringing order to complexity, enjoy building relationships, and gain satisfaction from making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the engine room that keeps our commercial operation running smoothly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
