Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales and production process. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between clients, our internal team, and our manufacturing partner in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and providing client quotes
- Following up on quotes sent to clients and designers
- Welcoming clients and designers when they visit the showroom
- Presenting and explaining rug samples, poms, and materials
- Assisting clients with bespoke colour selection and customisation when required
- Coordinating with the manufacturer for any client-requested revisions
- Issuing proforma invoices
- Requesting and following up on client payments
- Coordinating internally to ensure deposits and balance payments are made to Ferreira
- Confirming orders and sending rugs into production
- Loading and managing orders accurately in the internal system
- Liaising with logistics and shipping partners to check production status and delivery timelines
- Maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the order lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in sales support, order management, or operations (luxury goods or interiors preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with quotes, invoices, and payments
- Proactive and confident in following up with clients and suppliers

Desirable (but not required)
- Experience in rugs, textiles, interiors, or bespoke manufacturing
- Familiarity with international suppliers and logistics
