Sales Support Coordinator

Role Description:

The Sales Support Coordinator will work with the Farnborough (Hampshire) based sales team, alongside the Marketing function. Supporting Account Managers across speed enforcement, Police ANPR, Civil enforcement and Commercial ANPR. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a Sales team environment, with a proven track record of establishing good working relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A commitment to high standards, a proactive multi-tasker with sharp problem-solving skills, and an ability and drive to work independently as well as part of a team.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized professional with a critical eye for detail, particularly in planning, organizing, and preparing documentation. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to interact clearly and professionally at all levels within the organization. As a collaborative team player, you should have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across various departments. Successful candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically utilizing formulae and conditional formatting to produce well-presented reports. The Sales department can be fast paced; the ideal candidate must possess the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Location:

Office based – Chester House, Farnborough

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to UK Account Managers.
  • Manage the CRM Database (experience with SAP is desirable).
  • Document Sales policies and procedures.
  • Ensure files and documentation meet requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Involve and implement the creation of ongoing Sales strategy, including capitalizing on market opportunities and promoting new products and services offered.
  • Complete Sub-Contractor and compliance questionnaires.
  • Manage, process, and deliver system statistics, temporary and permanent speed profiles.
  • Support Sales and Marketing events.
  • Assist with tender preparation and submission.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on ongoing and potential projects, tenders, and contracts.
  • Ensure the smooth running of internal audits.
  • Raise Pro-Forma and service agreements for new and existing customers.
  • Take meeting minutes for monthly sales meetings.
  • Handle Company social value reporting.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of Jenoptik when dealing with internal staff, customers, and third parties.
