SG Padel is the UK Official Distributor for MejorSet Premium Padel Courts, official supplier to Premier Padel and Official FIP tournaments.
We are a family business and have grown to become one of the leading provider of padel solutions across diverse sporting environments in the UK. We support clients from initial concept through to completion, offering architectural drawings, planning support, and full construction and installation services.
SG Padel delivers world-class MejorSet padel courts designed for performance, durability, and aesthetic appeal. The team works closely with clubs, venues, and partners to create tailored padel facilities that meet strategic and operational needs.
Our clients include prestigious organisations such as Soho Farmhouse, JCB Golf & Country Club & Cambridge University.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Basildon, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, managing documentation, and coordinating follow-up activities. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The Sales Support Coordinator will help track sales performance, compile reports, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. The position also requires collaboration with operations and project teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to installation.

Important Skills
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build positive, professional relationships.
- Organised, efficient and able to manage high workloads.
- Willing to be an important part of a successful and highly motivated team.
- Experience with sales processes/CRM Management and sales administrative tasks.
- Passion and enthusiasm for sport and Padel.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
