Sales Support Coordinator - Newry

Your new company

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established, recognised organisation based in Newry. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator.

This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are either Monday - Friday 8-4, 8.30-4.30, or 9-5, so they can be flexible with starting and finishing times. Salary for this role is negotiable between 30k-38k.

Your new role

As Sales Support Coordinator, duties include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and queries in a professional manner
  • Reviewing customer's applications and qualifying leads
  • Turning hot leads into sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential customers and asking questions about their project requirements
  • Arranging appointments for Project Managers to go onsite to price projects
  • Keeping customers updated on progress
  • Providing excellent customer service
