We are looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service to join our Pharma team based in Redhill/Reigate, the UK.

About this role
Job Purpose
Giving relevant support to Sales Managers during and after the sales process, to ensure effective sales process flow and customer satisfaction in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
Responsible for timely and accurate order processing, ensuring a high customer experience. Day-to-day point of contact for customer accounts.
Tasks and responsibilities
Sales Support
- Supports the sales manager in setting up account plans, middle- and long-term forecasts, calculations, pricing and offers.
- Collaboration with teammates to work towards closing deals.
- Operational customer support to help clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, etc.
- Collect and update market information in CRM to support today's and future business.
- Respect ISO and QA procedures.

Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for customer operations enquiries regarding orders and other related requests.
- Verify and enter customer orders against sales agreements, ensuring agreement terms, pricing, and conditions are met. Timely processing in line with lead times/deadlines.
- Liaise with Finance on credit checks/status of accounts, according to terms
- Participate in regular meetings with the supply chain team to discuss potential issues and solutions.
- Proactively address and resolve order-related issues, such as delayed shipments, pricing errors & payment problems.
- Collate and advise on information related to complaints raised by customers to the complaints team. Raise nonconformities in the absence of the Complaints team.
- Daily communication with all areas of the business, including & not limited to the sales team, finance & supply chain.
About you
Education and Experience:
- 3 or more years of experience in a relevant field or related experience
- Languages: English - fluent in spoken and written.
Skills/profile:
- Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
- Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
- Understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including creating sales orders, sales quotes, verifying sales agreements, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to efficiently navigate and manage orders in ERP software (Dynamics F&O)
