📍 Stevenage | Full-time

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our Sales Support team at Everywhen. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, wants to build confidence in a professional environment, and is keen to start a long-term career.

You don’t need previous sales or insurance experience — we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Speaking with prospective customers and identifying their needs
  • Generating and qualifying leads for our sales team
  • Building positive, professional relationships with customers
  • Supporting the team in achieving business and customer-focused goals
  • Keeping accurate records using our systems

What we’re looking for

  • A positive, approachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable speaking to people over the phone
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to develop professionally

(Experience in sales, insurance, or regulated environments is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.)
