Your Role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Support Executive on a permanent basis within the UK Sales Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business and is based in our Meriden office. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and being the main point of contact for any queries, requests, or issues. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and providing support through inbound and outbound calls and email. Dealing with customer enquiries, resolving issues, keeping customers updated, and making sure they receive a helpful and positive service. Also responsible for keeping customer account information up to date and working with other teams when needed to resolve queries. You will report into the Call Centre Team Leader and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts and act as the main point of contact for queries and issues.
- Building strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls (circa 80-90 calls per day), dealing with customer queries and resolving issues.
- Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Producing accurate reports by exporting and organising account data.
- Setting up login details and system access for new customers and fleets.
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Clear telephone, verbal and written communication, with strong listening skills.
- Confident using Microsoft applications and learning new systems.
- Organised and accurate when managing several tasks or priorities.
- Knowledge of the automotive, fleet, leasing or vehicle maintenance industry is beneficial.
- Customer focused and approachable.
- Calm and resilient under pressure.
- A practical problem solver with sound judgement.
- Organised, accurate and able to multitask.
- Flexible, collaborative and willing to support the team.
