Your new role:
- Responsible for the accurate processing of quotes and sales orders for clients, either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team, adhering to the set KPI's
- Collaborate and pro-actively engage with teams across the company
- Review new sales leads ensuring data accuracy and validity of data within the CRM system
- Own customer and internal department queries/escalations
- Responsible for answering all sales lead calls from potential customers and existing customers and directing these to the appropriate team or individual

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience of working within a customer focused role.
- Knowledge of CompTIA Networking, JNCIA or CCNA certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

What we offer:
- Experience of working within an administration or customer service role
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
- Able to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Must have the desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build effective relationships with customers
