Your new role:

  • Responsible for the accurate processing of quotes and sales orders for clients, either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team, adhering to the set KPI's
  • Collaborate and pro-actively engage with teams across the company
  • Review new sales leads ensuring data accuracy and validity of data within the CRM system
  • Own customer and internal department queries/escalations
  • Responsible for answering all sales lead calls from potential customers and existing customers and directing these to the appropriate team or individual

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience of working within a customer focused role.
  • Knowledge of CompTIA Networking, JNCIA or CCNA certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
