Forest Feast (Kestrel Foods) is an ambitious fast-growing innovative snacking company. We own, manufacture, and distribute four brands, Forest Feast, Acti-Snack, Just Live A Little, and Indie Bay, selling across two main product categories, Snacking and Breakfast. Our customer base spans multiple channels across the UK and Ireland and over thirty international markets.

We have experienced significant growth of 20% CAGR over 5 years, and to further support our exciting growth strategy, we are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive as part of our growing team.

Role Overview

As Sales Support Executive, you will provide essential support to our sales team, helping to deliver commercial activity across our brands and customer channels. From maintaining customer portals and pricing to coordinating samples, promotions, and account support, you will help ensure our customers receive an efficient, accurate, and responsive service.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to start their commercial career or an experienced administrator seeking flexibility around working days and hours. We are open to discussing working arrangements that suit the right candidate while meeting the needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer portals alongside the wider sales team, adding and updating product information, new listings, and promotions.
  • Complete and submit new line forms, coordinating the required information across the business.
  • Maintain customer pricing files and portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Keep internal promotions, new listings, and EPOS sales trackers up to date.
  • Maintain the monthly sales promotion invoice tracker.
  • Support the sales team with retailer stock monitoring and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure commercial activities are coordinated and delivered on time.
  • Provide logistical support for the Amazon account.
  • Coordinate trade sample requests, ensuring samples are dispatched on time.
  • Attend trade events as required, engaging with customers and consumers to promote our brands.
  • Attend internal team meetings and follow through on agreed actions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • An interest in working within a commercial team. Previous experience in FMCG or the food and drink sector would be an advantage.
  • Good commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • The initiative to identify issues, find practical solutions, and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
