Sales Support Executive
Hybrid 3 days a week in Chertsey, Surrey
Fixed Term Contract until spring 2028 (Maternity leave cover)
We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe in Chertsey.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing telephone and email support to customers
- Processing sales orders and managing invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock returns and RMA processes
- Responding to queries regarding orders, products and stock availability
- Tracking orders through to final delivery
- Producing Excel-based reports and performance updates
- Liaising closely with warehouse and sales teams to manage deliveries and resolve issues
- Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts
- Managing workloads effectively while meeting agreed SLAs
- Supporting colleagues across the wider Sales Support team

What we’re looking for:
- Graduate-level education or A-Levels with at least 2 years’ administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- SAP experience is desirable, although training can be provided
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage
