Sales Support Executive
Manchester City Centre, Hybrid working
Up to £35K basic + Bonus
My client is an award-winning SME Finance brokerage in Manchester with the goal of enabling SME clients to access a variety of working capital solutions via their competitive portfolio of lenders (Tier 1 banks, alternative lenders & Fintech’s).
Established by their 2 directors in 2024 – It’s been a fantastic 2 yrs of growth with a focus on lead generation, building brand & investing in tech to enable quick deal turnaround times.
After expanding the team in Jan 2026 & seeing MoM growth in lead generation & conversion – It’s an exciting time to join a thriving office environment.
They now have a busy team of 6 brokers and are looking for a sales support executive to help remove bottlenecks from the process & ensure deals are streamlined and creating smooth lending journey for all parties.

You will be a key part of the commercial team & your efforts will be rewarded in a team bonus structure as you enable brokers to fit their funding targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the brokers to input data & deals onto the CRM to ensure all cases are accurate & up to date for the sales team to work on
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy & credibility in all documents submitted as part of the lending cases
- Chase clients on documentation & pending information to ensure the deal can be submitted to the lender in a timely manner
- Follow up with any lender enquiries when they may need more details on the customer before the deal can be funded
- Ensure all customer information is up to date & accurate to enable future upselling from the Broker team
- Follow up any inbound leads to book appointments in for the Broker’s
- Track deal success on the CRM & Identify any areas for improvement to prevent deal loss moving forward

We are looking for:
- Prior commercial lending knowledge either lender or broker side would be brilliant
- Organised, proactive & attention to detail will be key
- Good stakeholder manager & can work across multiple team members
- Confident in prioritising workflow to help business hit its commercial goals
- Strong phone manner & good written communication
