Telephone Sales Support Executive / Lead Generator

£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of the sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers across the UK motor trade sector, helping businesses with their insurance enquiries.

Key Responsibilities Of The Sales Support Executive

  • Contacting customers in response to insurance enquiries
  • Building rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
  • Gathering accurate information through detailed fact-finding conversations
  • Preparing clear and compliant information for underwriters
  • Managing leads efficiently and ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Working closely with colleagues to help drive new business opportunities
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based sales, lead generation or customer service role
