Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and spotting opportunities?

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a successful, established business where you'll become part of a small, friendly, and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous B2B sales experience who enjoys the relationship-building side of sales but is equally comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new customers, and identifying opportunities to generate additional business.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll have plenty of opportunity to use your own initiative, contribute ideas, and make a genuine impact on the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will be varied, combining sales support, account development, new business activity, and customer service.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the Sales Director with day-to-day sales activity and account development.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Contacting prospective B2B customers by telephone and introducing the company's products and services.
  • Making outbound and cold calls confidently and professionally.
  • Following up enquiries, identifying customer requirements, and helping convert opportunities into sales.
  • Taking ownership of designated customer accounts and ensuring opportunities are followed through.
  • Providing a high standard of customer care and responding professionally to queries.
  • Keeping customer information and records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supporting social media activity with engaging company and customer updates.
  • Completing general sales administration and data input.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while confidently managing your own workload.
  • Contributing ideas that could improve customer service, sales activity, and the wider business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
