We're hiring a Sales Support Executive to join the Sales Team at Jascots Wine Merchants!
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our commercial growth by delivering high-quality administrative, operational, and customer-focused support. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and teams across the business to ensure seamless customer onboarding, accurate pricing and product information, and exceptional service delivery.
Jascots is known for championing outstanding wines and delivering industry-leading customer experience. In this role, you’ll help keep our sales operations running smoothly, support customer events and tastings, and contribute to wider commercial initiatives that drive our success.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate customer onboarding, pricing, quotations, and product information to support day-to-day sales operations
- Maintain accurate customer and commercial data, ensuring information is up-to-date and reliable
- Support the creation of customer-facing materials including presentations, sales documents, and product information
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, and Marketing
- Assist with planning and delivering customer tastings, events, supplier visits, and wider commercial initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service, and support the ongoing success of the Sales Team

What we're looking for:
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with data and reports
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Genuine interest in hospitality, wine, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a commercial sales environment

Desirable:
- Experience in Sales Support, Commercial Support, or Customer Service
- Experience in wine/drinks/hospitality
- CRM experience
- WSET qualification or interest in studying
