Sales Support Executive

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a highly regarded and luxury design-led interior brand in their London. The company is fast-expanding, with new showrooms opening worldwide, making this an exciting time to join and develop your career within the business.

You will be responsible for supporting the UK and international Sales teams, to ensure customers are receiving an exceptional experience from end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved calmly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Liaise with sales, design engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics departments to solve customer issues
  • Use and update our CRM and MRP systems, making sure that all data is kept up to date
  • Provide general sales administration support to the department
  • Provide cover for the sales team when your colleagues are traveling on business
  • You will be trained in sales admin (raising quotes, requesting balance payments, and dispatching orders to ensure continuity)

Who Are You

  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Previous exposure to lighting, interiors, furniture, luxury retail, or another design-led industry
  • Confidence communicating with customers by telephone and email
  • A second language would be advantageous, although not essential
