Sales Support Executive

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a highly regarded and luxury design-led interior brand in their London. The company are fast-expanding, with new showrooms opening worldwide, making this an exciting time to join and develop your career within the business.

You will be responsible for supporting the UK and international Sales teams, to ensure customers are receiving an exceptional experience from end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a helpful, professional and timely way.
  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, order processing and general administration.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales information and activity updates in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, engineering, supply chain, production, quality and logistics to help resolve queries and keep orders moving.
  • Follow up with customers, leads and existing accounts to provide updates and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist in the running of the showroom, meeting & greeting clients & providing product information.
  • Provide flexible support across the sales function during busy periods, holidays or project work.
  • Prepare reports, sales information and documents when required.
  • Help identify ways to improve processes, customer experience and team efficiency.

Who Are You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly and professional approach to customer service.
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience using a CRM system (our platform is Prospects) would be helpful, but training can be provided.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration or a similar role.
  • A professional proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
  • Experience within the lighting or design industry with the ability to gain technical understanding would be preferable, but full training will be provided.

Please be aware this role will be working 5 days a week between the Islington showroom and Pimlico pop up. Working days/hours are Monday-Friday 8-5:30 and occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu).
