We are currently recruiting for Sales Support Executives
Starting Salary - £28,717
Working Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm Or 8am - 4:45pm
Hybrid working available after settling in period
In order to ensure to fully support the company’s growth we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Support Executive. As a Sales Support Executive at Nisbets you will supporting our largest and highest profile customers with all matters relating to orders, be that time to deliver, stock availability or alternative products, as well as any incorrect goods received. Working as a Sales Support Executive at Nisbets, you will have a 2 week induction to ensure you are fully familiar with our key systems and processes, and you will then be gradually introduced to the different aspects of the role, at a pace that suits you.
You will join a team of just under 30 colleagues, so there will be plenty of support and a lively atmosphere that will help nurture your development as you learn the skills of the job from your peers, your buddy and your line manager. This is a great role for a Sales Support Executive who is looking to work for a market leading business who can offer a great range of career paths.

We therefore fully support a hybrid working model after a period of training, this would be 2 days a week working from home and 3 days a week at our modern open plan office in Avonmouth, Bristol.
What will I be doing as a Sales Support Executive?
- To be the support network for all stakeholders and clients, providing quotes and orders on request
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue and margin targets as for your customer base
- Using our extensive supplier network to source non stocked products for our customers
- Answer inbound calls from stakeholders, and offer a one stop resolution for all; where this is not possible agree call backs to customers until resolutions are achieved

About You
What are we looking for in a Sales Support Executive?
- Great customer service approach with the drive to go that extra mile
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a range of different systems and to pick up new systems quickly
- Good written communication skills, with a professional and business approach to the language you use
- Strong prioritisation skills and able to develop good processes to organise your workload and hit KPI’s
- Commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities and respond to those
