Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

Are you highly organised, customer-focused and ready to build a career in a fast-paced technology business?
We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team, providing vital support to our Account Managers and helping deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting customers via phone and email
- Processing sales orders and maintaining CRM accuracy
- Preparing quotes and providing order updates
- Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and our warehouse team
- Managing stock and shipment queries
- Keeping customer and order information up to date
- Learning about our products and supporting customer meetings when required

What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn and develop your sales knowledge
- Full driving licence and own transport due to our rural location
