The Role

Act as the principal contact for existing investors and key prospects, coordinating accurate, approved responses to queries and due diligence requests

  • Deliver a structured investor-engagement programme, including performance and redemption monitoring, regular updates and quarterly meetings
  • Own pitchbooks, factsheets, tear sheets, investor letters, DDQs and data-room materials, keeping messaging consistent across all of them
  • Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows and conferences, and help diversify the investor base by geography, investor type and capital duration
  • Manage investor onboarding, side letter records and capital call and distribution processes
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and manage relationships with placement agents and consultants
  • Work with Compliance to ensure all communications meet FCA and financial promotion requirements

About You

  • Strong investor relations, client servicing or sales support experience within a regulated asset management environment
  • Experience managing institutional and operational due diligence processes
  • Familiarity with fund structures, liquidity terms and fee arrangements across hedge fund, UCITS and closed-ended vehicles
  • Exposure to credit, fixed income or distressed and special situations strategies is highly desirable
  • Numerate, able to read a return series and attribution file and spot inconsistencies
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, plus CRM experience (Dynamics 365, Preqin, With Intelligence, Bloomberg or similar campaign platforms)
  • Knowledge of the FCA financial promotions regime and AIFMD marketing rules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with high standards of accuracy, discretion and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, high-accountability environment and confident working with senior investment professionals
