About Tocan
Tocan is a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to streamline fund operations for investment professionals. We empower fund managers, fund administrators, legal firms and investors with intuitive tools to optimise workflows, enhance compliance and drive efficiency. As we expand, we seek a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to help us build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation and digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for a marketer who excels at generating high-quality B2B leads through organic, low-cost, and no-cost channels rather than relying on large advertising budgets.
With little to no paid marketing budget available currently, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that leverage LinkedIn, social media, content marketing, partnerships, referrals, SEO, email outreach, and marketing automation to build brand awareness and create a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution.

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking communities, partnerships, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain lead generation campaigns that support business growth objectives.
- Create systems and processes to consistently generate inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure smooth lead handover and effective follow-up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
