Minotti London is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join its London showroom team.
This is a pivotal role within a small, high-performing team, supporting the sales function across both residential and commercial projects. You will be the operational backbone of the sales team you are assigned to, ensuring that every order, quotation and client interaction is handled with precision, professionalism and care.
This is not a passive administrative role. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing accuracy or composure. You will work closely with the sales team, clients, and the brand's Italian headquarters, and will play a direct role in ensuring projects progress smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the full order lifecycle, from quotation and order entry through to coordinating site survey, delivery and after-sales support
- Preparing accurate commercial documentation including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, project files and delivery documents
- Liaising with the Italian production and logistics teams to track lead times, manage allocations and resolve issues
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring all project and client data is kept accurate and up to date
- Supporting the sales team in preparing for client meetings, presentations and showroom events
- Acting as a point of contact for trade clients, interior designers and architects, providing prompt, professional responses to enquiries
- Coordinating with the wider operations and finance teams to ensure seamless project handovers and accurate reporting
- Identifying and flagging potential issues before they become problems, with a solutions-first approach

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
