Description
Are you looking to join a successful and growing organisation who are committed to creating a great safe place to work where all employees have the opportunity to contribute, grow and develop? We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our sales team in Hamilton, Scotland.
As a Sales Support Manager you will provide efficient administrative and business development support to enable order winning and compliance activity.
You will lead a high-performing team and take ownership of core processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the delivery of a consistently high-quality service.
Role Details:
- Annual salary up to £37,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus commission
- Role based: Hamilton, ML3 0EJ
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.

In this role as Sales Support Manager, you will be required to:
- Ensure business development calls are achieved to increase opportunity generation, including your own targets
- Provide direct line management and leadership to the Coordinator team, ensuring regular, meaningful monthly one-to-one meetings are conducted to support performance, development, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Design, implement and continuously improve administrative processes.
- Plan, allocate and monitor administrative work to ensure timely, accurate and customer focussed delivery.
- Provide an excellent administrative service that supports order winning and operational activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of administrative processes and drive consistent adherence.
- Respond to queries and effectively resolve issues, escalating where needed.
- Produce accurate and timely reports to support business needs.

Our Ideal Candidate as Sales Support Manager
- Previous Business Development experience B2B or B2C
- Customer Relationship Management experience
- Strong Commercial Administration experience
- Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Competent using Microsoft Office software.
