Sales Support Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Support Manager to support the Business Development Director in leading the day-to-day operations of our sales function at our Fivemiletown Head Office. This is a pivotal role focused on supporting pipeline management, coordinating customer engagement, and supporting delivery against annual sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Director in the day-to-day coordination and administration of the sales function.
- Coordinate activities across the sales team, including supporting collaboration with remote team members.
- Maintain and administer the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and timely progression of opportunities.
- Monitor sales activity, ensuring CRM data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with reporting requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or stalled opportunities as appropriate.
- Support consistent customer engagement by monitoring progress and follow-up activities throughout the sales process.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales and internal departments, including Technical, Production, and Finance.
- Coordinate and collate inputs for proposals, tenders, and submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track live opportunities and follow-up actions, providing updates and reminders where required.
- Produce sales reports, maintain records, and support business performance monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of efficient ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, undertaking additional duties as required.

Essential
- Experience in sales or business development within a manufacturing business.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong capability in managing sales pipelines, reporting, and structured processes.
- Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Demonstrable experience in producing accurate sales reports, maintaining commercial data, and supporting business performance through strong administrative and organisational processes.

Desirable
- Experience in textiles, garments, workwear, or related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Experience supporting Business Development or Sales functions.
- Exposure to European or multi-country markets.
