Job Opportunity: Commercial Sales Team - S. Gloucestershire
Join the Commercial Sales team of a growing manufacturer of high-value scientific equipment at their new facility in S. Gloucestershire.
Role Overview
Working closely with Field Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contract Management, and the Legal team, you will provide contract management support for Commercial Sales within the EMEA territory.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Management
- Reviewing customer contracts.
- Working with all internal departments to determine a final agreement.

Order Management
- Supporting the processing of customer orders.
- Working with relevant coordinators to ensure appropriate communication at all stages.

- Customer Management
- Providing support to the assigned customer base.
- Ensuring customers receive order confirmation, acknowledgement, information, and delivery to their expectations.
- Handling customer queries, objections, and complaints through to successful completion with assistance from relevant departments.
Experience
- Experience in a similar commercial environment working in high-tech, high-value manufacturing.
- Previous experience of working closely with sales teams and customers is essential.

Additional Information
- Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK without ever requiring sponsorship. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.
Salary
£32-37k, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Job Term
