Lifestyle are a commercial insurance broker that offer various commercial insurance policies including fleet, motor trade, liability and more.
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer engagement? We are one of the UK’s leading motor trade insurance brokers. You’ll be the first point of contact for a national customer base of motor trade professionals, including car dealerships, vehicle repair shops, and service centres. This is a telephone-based sales support role where building rapport, understanding client needs, and gathering accurate information is key to their continued success.

- Contacting customers in response to insurance enquiries
- Building rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
- Gathering accurate information through detailed fact-finding conversations
- Preparing clear and compliant information for underwriters
- Managing leads efficiently and ensuring prompt follow-up
- Working closely with colleagues to help drive new business opportunities
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for positive, motivated people who enjoy speaking with customers and want to succeed in a sales-focused environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales, lead generation, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confidence building relationships over the phone
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A professional and team-focused approach
