There’s plenty about Topps Group that might surprise you. Like the scale of our Support Office in Leicester. We have Finance, Marketing, Buying, Central Operations, HR, Property, Customer Service and IT all under one roof. Tight-knit teams of talented people working together and working hard to get things done and drive results. But then, would you expect anything less from an ambitious, dynamic, market-leading, multi-million-pound retail business? After delivering our 20% market share goal of “one in five”, we have launched our new goal – Mission 365 – targeting £365 million of sales.

In this role, you'll play a key part in building and strengthening relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping to identify opportunities to grow and develop our business.

Combining strategic thinking with hands-on account management, you'll act as a trusted partner to customers, understanding their needs, resolving challenges, and delivering solutions that add real value. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales growth through outstanding service and support.

You will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on outstanding service
  • Deliver first-class support to our Account Managers, helping to manage client relationships and coordinate projects from enquiry through to completion.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and maximise business potential.
  • Follow up sample requests and leads, working closely with Account Managers to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Monitor sales performance alongside Account Managers and contribute to plans that achieve and exceed targets.
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and proactively contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, resolving issues quickly and escalating where necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer, project, and lead information within the CRM system.
  • Support Sales Managers with project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on current and upcoming orders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key customers to identify new project and order opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
