Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will manage the process from receiving a customer purchase order through booking, coordination, and release for delivery. You will work closely with partners and teams across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders are accurate, completed on time, and meet agreed SLAs.
This role goes beyond order processing. You will take ownership of order-related issues, coordinate across teams to resolve them, and help improve the quality and efficiency of how we work. As a senior member of the team, you will also support colleagues and explore how automation and AI can improve our processes and service to partners and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the order and booking process from purchase order receipt through validation, booking, and warehouse release, ensuring accuracy and completion within agreed SLAs.
- Review purchase orders, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and documentation, identifying and resolving missing information, changes, risks, and exceptions.
- Coordinate with partners, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders move smoothly through execution and delivery.
- Take ownership of complex or time-sensitive orders and issues, keeping stakeholders informed and coordinating the right teams through to resolution.
- Use operational data to identify recurring issues, delays, and process gaps, and help improve and standardise how the team works across regions.
- Support the development of the team through knowledge sharing and process expertise, while identifying opportunities to use automation and AI to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
