Are you an experienced Sales Support professional who enjoys keeping complex customer orders and projects moving from quotation through to delivery?

We're working with an established and growing business operating within a project-led, customer-focused environment. They are looking for an organised and commercially aware Sales Support professional to join their London team.

This is a varied role sitting at the heart of the sales process. You'll work closely with customers, sales teams, suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers, making sure orders are processed accurately and projects progress smoothly through to delivery and installation.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing proactive support throughout the customer and project lifecycle, including:

  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Liaising with clients, dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Coordinating product demonstrations, mock-ups, deliveries, and installations
  • Processing and managing orders through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and internal systems
  • Reviewing order acknowledgements and resolving pricing, specification, quantity, and delivery discrepancies
  • Working closely with the sales team to provide accurate project and order updates
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
  • Producing order status reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring snagging orders and ensuring outstanding issues are resolved
  • Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Supporting showroom activities and wider business requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and enjoys being the person who makes sure everything happens when it should.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, or Project Coordination
  • Experience managing customer orders from initial quotation through to delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with an ERP or order management system
  • Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly advantageous
  • The confidence to communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
