We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Support Executive to join our team working from our modern contact centre in Wakefield, WF4 3BA.

ServiceMate is an established field service job management system, developed and based in Wakefield, that transforms the way companies manage their mobile workforces and mobile operations. Well established within the white goods repair market, we’re looking to increase our market share and dominate this sector.

Undergoing a recent redevelopment after 5 successful years on a previous platform, ServiceMate works for businesses of all sizes and is packed full of new, intuitive and simple to use technology that delivers industry leading levels of return on investment.

Your Role

  • Work with new users to set up their businesses on ServiceMate in the most efficient way possible.
  • Support users with the ongoing use of ServiceMate until they become self sufficient.
  • Troubleshoot system problems, and co-ordinate between the customer and development teams if required.
  • Produce procedural documentation to help users get the most from ServiceMate.
  • Keep accurate notes of both user and prospective customer interactions.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries of users who want to get on board ServiceMate.
  • Organise and manage outbound marketing campaigns to promote ServiceMate.

What do you need to have?

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organised and able to problem solve.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and IT skills.
