The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. In this position, the specialist supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and product information in CRM and related systems.

The role includes responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, and following up on leads to support sales growth. The specialist monitors sales operations data, prepares reports, and helps optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction and overall efficiency.

This role works closely with sales representatives, logistics, and customer service to ensure a smooth experience for customers and partners across the beMatrix network.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Effective Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Sales Operations experience, including working with CRM systems, order processing, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort learning new digital tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role; experience in events or manufacturing is an advantage.
