Sales Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Salary: £40,000-£50,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. You'll help process orders, maintain records, and support sales reps so they can focus on building client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Support sales reps with scheduling and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Assist with sales reporting and data entry
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve order issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
