Sales Support Specialist at AllPoints Fibre Networks

The Sales Support Specialist at AllPoints Fibre Networks will play a vital role in enabling revenue growth across our direct, partner, wholesale, and indirect sales channels. Acting as the backbone of our commercial function, you'll support the end-to-end sales process, helping teams develop opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you will be doing:

As our Sales Support Specialist, you'll work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Network teams to ensure opportunities move through the sales cycle efficiently and effectively. You'll be responsible for:

Sales & Channel Support

  • Supporting sales teams across direct, indirect, partner, and wholesale channels
  • Assisting with the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification through to order submission
  • Producing customer-facing presentations, proposals, and solution summaries
  • Helping manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and deal progression

Product & Commercial Support

  • Developing a strong understanding of our connectivity and value-added service portfolio
  • Supporting the alignment of customer requirements with appropriate solutions
  • Creating and maintaining accurate quotes and pricing models
  • Coordinating approvals for non-standard commercial terms and pricing requests

Bid & Opportunity Management

  • Supporting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and complex sales opportunities
  • Coordinating input from internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposal submissions
  • Tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects

Partner Enablement

  • Supporting the onboarding and development of channel partners and resellers
  • Providing sales collateral, pricing information, and product updates
  • Assisting with partner performance reporting and pipeline management

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintaining accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Producing sales reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership teams
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Supporting the adoption of sales tools and best practices across the business

Stakeholder & Customer Coordination

  • Acting as a key liaison between Sales and internal departments
  • Supporting the resolution of queries relating to products, pricing, contracts, and delivery
  • Helping ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the commercial journey

About you:

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, customer-focused, and excited about building a career in a commercial environment.

You may already have experience supporting sales teams, customers, accounts, or commercial operations. Equally, you might be coming from a customer service, administration, coordination, or operations background and looking for your next challenge.

Most importantly, you'll be proactive, willing to learn, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.

Your skills:

  • Experience supporting sales, commercial, customer service, or operational activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to analyse information and present it clearly and professionally
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Adaptability and confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, connectivity, broadband, or value-added service environments
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
