Position Overview
The Sales Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating and developing the entire suite of reporting for the sales function at Lepas. Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, this role involves using strong analytical skills to provide critical data to the department and continuing to innovate the ways in which the information is presented and shared. It will also be the key point of contact for all supplier relationships, managing the tender process for all new suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Report creation: Creating an entire suite of reporting from scratch to ensure both the field team and management team have all the key data at their fingertips. Creating and presenting regular management packs to senior stakeholders.
- Insight development: Using packages such as Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel to develop the reporting into an industry-leading offering, incorporating multiple data sources into easily-accessible dashboards and reports.
- Report distribution: Emailing key reports to field teams and retailer management on a timely basis, to assist with effective retailer performance management.
- Forecasting: Creating, compiling, and sharing weekly forecast reports on the back of retailer submissions.
- Supplier Management: Point of contact for all external suppliers. Working with them to develop and enhance their product and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Tender Management: Managing the tender process for new suppliers for activities like mystery shop and customer experience management.

Requirements:
- Professional experience: More than 5 years of work experience in an analytical or data-driven role.
- Expertise in all Microsoft Office Packages: Including Power BI and VBA.
- Good presentation skills: With extensive experience of presenting to senior management.
- Excellent attention to detail: Aptitude at handling large datasets and identifying key themes and trends, presenting them in simple terms.
- Good time management skills: Able to balance competing responsibilities and nimbleness to change direction quickly.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure: Strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
- Ability to work from Head Office in Chiswick 5 days per week.
