Role: Sales Support Specialist UK – 12 Months Contract
Location: Manchester, UK
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dedicated Commercial Contracts and Tenders team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This requires the delivery of smooth customer contracting and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data that in turn facilitates flawless supply of goods and services to our customers.
You will review proposed contract content to ensure completeness and compliance, prepare contractual documentation and resolve issues that may delay sales order processing. The role also provides operational support to the wider sales team.

What You Can Expect:
- Work closely with sales and pricing teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
- Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.
- Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
What We Expect:
- Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Professional level of written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish will be advantageous.
- Experience with CRM software, Oracle, Salesforce is an advantage.

What We Offer:
