Job Description

As a Sales Support professional, you will be the linchpin for sales managers, assisting across all sales-related matters. Your core responsibilities will involve independently creating offers, entering and processing orders, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone. You will also contribute to visual sales tools by creating plans, presentations, and design concepts for clients, supporting showroom sales, and meticulously maintaining project and customer data.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with a proactive, highly organised, and tenacious approach. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible in your methods, and share an enthusiastic passion for the furniture and commercial interior design sector. Strong attention to detail, technical acumen, and an understanding of complex ordering systems and margins within the contract furniture industry are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Requirements
- Support sales managers in all sales-related matters.
- Create offers, enter, and process orders independently and efficiently using Bene systems.
- Support customers via phone, handling inquiries and providing aftercare.
- Create plans, presentations, and design concepts for customers.
- Assist with showroom sales and maintain project and customer data in IT systems.
- Clarify logistics and installation conditions.
- Optimize contribution margins through correct processing of standard and special solutions.
- Perform simple planning and configuration of furniture.
- Structure, promote, and maintain strong customer relationships, including participation in events.
- Support sales employees to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Commit to continuous professional development, including active participation in company trainings and workshops.
- Possess knowledge of Bene Sales net.
- Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive, highly organized, tenacious, and flexible.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong enthusiasm for the furniture and commercial interior design sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
