About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Team Assistant to join the Sales and Events team of a fantastic hospitality group with a portfolio of exciting cocktail bars and venues across London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working behind the scenes, and wants to build a career in events and hospitality. You’ll provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Events team, helping them stay organised and ensuring that every event runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Events team.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking information across reservation and CRM systems.
- Managing spreadsheets, updating booking information and keeping key documents organised.
- Supporting the team with client follow-ups and general sales administration.
- Preparing and distributing function sheets and event information to the relevant operational teams.
- Helping ensure all event details are communicated clearly and accurately to the venues.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Currently working in a similar sales, events, office or hospitality administration role.
- An excellent administrator with strong attention to detail who would like to move into the events and hospitality industry.
- Someone at the beginning of their career who is genuinely interested in events and keen to learn the industry from the ground up.
