Sales Team Lead (Healthcare accounts)
📍 Hybrid | Yorkshire
Are you a proven technology sales team lead or a strong biller with coaching/mentoring skills, with experience working across NHS or healthcare organisations?
We're hiring a leader to lead a team of Account Managers/Account Directors while driving growth across a portfolio of strategic healthcare customers.
This is a leadership role with a strong customer-facing focus. You'll help deepen executive relationships, support complex opportunities, shape technology solutions, and create account growth strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare organisations.

What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers
- Build relationships with senior NHS and healthcare stakeholders
- Drive growth within existing strategic accounts
- Support large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Create and execute strategic account plans
What we're looking for
- Enterprise technology sales or strategic account management experience
- Experience working with NHS, healthcare, or public sector customers
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
- Ability to engage confidently at C-suite and executive level
- Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, security, managed services, or digital transformation solutions
