Sales Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Client’s established and fast-paced Sales Team. This is a hands-on people-management role for someone with proven experience leading, developing, and managing a team of Sales Executives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring performance remains on track
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Monitor calls and sales activity, providing constructive coaching and feedback
- Identify development opportunities and support team members to improve their performance
- Manage underperformance and have challenging performance conversations where required
- Drive a positive, motivated, and target-focused team environment
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Support the team with customer and sales queries where required
- Work closely with senior management to deliver wider commercial objectives

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven previous experience in a Sales Management or Team Leader role
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience managing individual and team KPIs
- Confident coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals
- Experience managing performance and conducting difficult conversations when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with a strong customer-first approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example
- Candidates must have genuine people-management experience – mentoring or supporting colleagues alone will not be sufficient
