Sales Team Leader
Manchester | £50,000 OTE | Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced sales leader who knows how to drive performance, develop people and create a winning team culture? At We Finance Any Car, we’re growing and we’re building the next layer of leadership to match.
We’re looking for a driven, accountable and people-focused Sales Team Leader to take ownership of a high-performing team of Sales Executives. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on results, leads from the front and knows how to get the very best out of people in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Drive daily performance through hands-on coaching, feedback and structured development
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline, conversion and individual performance to maximise team output
- Listen to calls and identify opportunities to improve sales conversations, objection handling and conversion
- Deliver regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and on-the-job coaching
- Support your team with complex deals across customers, lenders and dealers
- Create a high-energy, accountable and results-focused sales environment
- Lead from the front, stepping in when needed to support key opportunities and drive deals forward
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a five-star customer experience
- Work closely with senior leadership to support wider growth, performance and sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership, team leader or sales management role
- A strong background in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments
- A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for coaching and developing people
- A strong understanding of KPIs, conversion and sales performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing performance and having challenging conversations when required
- A commercially focused, results-driven mindset
- Resilience, accountability and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Experience within vehicle finance, brokerage or financial services is essential

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- One late shift per week: 9:30am – 6:30pm
- One weekend in every 3
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
