Sales Team Leader / Sales Trainer
Salary: £35,000 basic + £10,000 performance bonuses
Location: Near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Full-time, on-site

The Role
My client is looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader / Sales Trainer to coach, motivate and develop a small outbound sales team. If you love improving call quality, sharpening objection handling, and driving conversion uplift — this is your environment.

You’ll be the person who sets the tone on the sales floor: confident, structured, supportive, and able to turn average callers into high performers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching outbound sales agents daily
- Running call-listening sessions and delivering feedback
- Improving objection handling and closing techniques
- Driving KPI performance: conversions, talk-time, quality scores
- Leading morning huddles, training sessions and refreshers
- Supporting new starters with onboarding and call coaching
- Creating a positive, energetic sales culture

Ideal Fit
- Experience as a Sales Trainer, Telesales Team Leader, Outbound Manager, Sales Coach, or Performance Manager
- Strong coaching ability; you know how to lift performance
- Confident leading a small outbound team
- Clear communicator with a supportive leadership style
- Supportive leadership team

- Someone who enjoys being on the sales floor, not behind a desk
